Slide notes: Sari Sari Orders are Orders for physical Delivery by Truck, and they are often Cash On Delivery. To perform such Deliveries, we start with the option to 'Dispatch Deliveries'.

Slide notes: If every Customer Order is packed in separate crates, then the 'No Break Crates' indicator rules the planning, but if we allow the packing of multiple Customer goods in a same crate, then the 'Break Crates' indicator is the one to watch.
