Pay Code 990 for Overtime and Premi is a Primary Earning code that may be loaded onto an Employee Status type. Overtime and direct Premi are recorded at the Man Physical Journals, but the Employee will only be paid for Overtime and direct Premi if this earning code is loaded onto the Employee Status type that the Employee subscribes to.

The Rule Explanation makes clear what the difference is between the Direct and Progressive Overtime hours methods. When the Progressive method is checked on this Rule, then all overtime will be calculated on the Progressive method, otherwise all overtime will be calculated on the Standard method.
